1. The Basic Schedule for Your Weekly Dumbbell Workouts

Each of these workouts works the same way. They are setup over a five day schedule, each day working a different part of your body. The schedule is as follows:
Day 1 – Upper Body 1
Day 2 – Lower Body 1
Day 3 – Core 1
Day 4 – Total Body 1
Day 5 – HIIT 1
The week concludes with two rest days and your training schedule should run over four weeeks. After exercising for a week, switching to the second variation of each exercise for the following week. By switching between the first and second version of the workout you will experience rapid fat burning and muscle building.
